What's new in v1.0:

• 6 core HR intents live (leave, payslip, benefits, policy, escalation)
• Bilingual support: English, Hungarian, Russian
• Crisis protocol with emergency resources
• HR escalation with Adaptive Card confirmation
• Knowledge base: 8 NovaEnergy HR policy documents

Known limitations (v1.1 roadmap):

• Live SAP SuccessFactors integration not yet available (leave balance shows policy-based info, not live data)
• Intranet web widget deployment pending IT approval
• QR code rollout for Dunaújváros/Kecskemét sites: planned Q4

Issues resolved before launch:

• BUG-001: Grievance keywords not routing to escalation (fixed)
• BUG-003: Hungarian typo tolerance too strict (fixed)
• BUG-004: Bilingual SLA message mismatch (fixed)
