Nova Admin Guide — HR Operations
Weekly tasks:
- Review unresolved queries in Analytics tab
- Check hallucination flags (target: <2%)
- Update KB if policy changes (SharePoint → re-index)
How to update knowledge base:
- Update policy document in SharePoint HR Policies folder
- In Copilot Studio → Knowledge → Refresh
- Test affected intents in Test panel
- Log changes in this document
Escalation queue:
- Normal: check within 1 business day
- High (grievance): within 4 business hours
- Urgent (crisis): immediate
